The dates have been appearing a few at a time for the last several weeks and today Phillip Phillips finally announced he is co-headlining a tour with Gavin DeGraw this summer.
The 16-date tour will kick off on August 9 in Park City, UT and stop at the Festival at Sandpoint, in Sandpoint, ID, the Woodland Park Zoo in Seattle, WA, and then continue south to California, Nevada and Arizona.
Phillip also announced he will be doing a few solo dates before and after the co-headlining tour, with the first show happening on May 31 in Kalamazoo, MI and the last on September 8 in Peachtree City, GA. Phillip’s solo shows include a mix of acoustic performances and unique concerts such as his headlining show at the “Do Good Fest” in Montpelier, VT on July 14. “Do Good” is a free benefit festival that raises money for cancer patients.
Though the Magnetic Tour ended just over a month ago, Phillip has certainly kept busy behind the scenes. Indeed, in addition to getting ready for the summer tour, last week Phillip quietly shared via an Instagram story that he was working on the video for “Magnetic,” the opening song on Collateral. We can’t wait to see what that video looks like, and of course to catch Phillip on tour again!
